How we handle your personal data, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and digital rights.
Required details are missing in Settings: CIF / NIF, Address, Companies Register, Email, Phone. Without them this document does not meet article 10 of the Spanish LSSI and should not be published.

What data we process and why
When you fill in the contact form we process your name, email address and, if you provide them, company and phone number, along with your message.
The purpose is one and only one: to reply to you and, where applicable, prepare the proposal you asked for. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes.
If you request a product demo, we also process the data needed to give you access to that trial environment.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when submitting the form and, where a commercial relationship already exists, on performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in answering your request.
How long we keep it
We keep communications for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law. If you ask us to delete them and no legal obligation requires otherwise, we do.
Processors
We use providers that process data on our behalf: web and database hosting, transactional email delivery and file storage. All of them are bound by a data processing agreement.

Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, by writing to the contact address above.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
