Workshop management
A repair shop must provide a written estimate when the customer asks, a deposit receipt for the vehicle, and an invoice itemised by parts and labour. Our system chains those three documents to the repair order, so they come out complete with the data the rules require instead of being filled in by hand every time.

What it does
- A living repair order
- Vehicle, customer, mileage, jobs and parts in one record that moves through the shop with the car.
- Estimate and deposit receipt
- Both documents come out of the order with the required data already in place: workshop, customer and vehicle identification, and expected delivery date.
- Stock that adds up
- Parts are deducted when charged to the order, so inventory reflects the actual shop rather than the one from three months ago.

Frequently asked questions
- Does it work for a one-person shop?
- Yes. The estimate, deposit receipt and invoice obligations do not depend on the size of the shop, and the system works the same with one lift or six.
- Does it connect to the invoicing product?
- Yes, the workshop invoice can be issued from our own invoicing system so numbering and records live in one place.
